Our History

Autumn Grace Medical Associates is a private practice owned and operated by Chih (Jonathan) eh, MD. Chih Yeh, MD established Autumn Grace Medical Associates in 2001.

Dr.Yeh was born in Taiwan and raised in Brazil and Paraguay from age 12. He graduated from the University of Sao Paulo Medical School in 1990 and completed his medical residency program in Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan in 1995. Attracted by the large Portuguese speaking population, Dr. Yeh then relocated to Massachusetts and worked for Somerville-Cambridge Hospital and subsequently Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. In 2001, he moved to Methuen to start a private practice. Dr. Yeh has served in the past as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School and is a former medical director of Sunbridge Nursing Home in Methuen. Dr. Yeh is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
