How soon can I book the first appointment?
Depending on our schedule, it could be as soon as the same day as your drop-in, or the next business day.
How long will the entire process take?
From the first drop-in to the last visit to pick up your papers, the process can take as little as a week so long as everything goes smoothly.
When is the soonest time that I can receive my papers?
We ask for a time frame of 4 days for the papers to be completed.
What is the Patient Portion of the paperwork?
This just means that you finish any portions of the paperwork that you can, Part 1 & 2, and if applicable, Part 3 and/or 4. At the top of each page, in the provided box, please put your last name, your first name, middle name if available, and your A-number is available.
